Although a number of methods have been used to assess the quality of medication management in older adults, their predictive data are unknown. In addition, there is no agreement on a standard definition of the use of drugs resulting in involuntary harm. Suboptimal drug management has been defined as overloading, underutilization, improper use or contrast-inappropriate use of a prescribed or non-prescribed drug (8). Other commonly used terms are adverse drug events, drug-related problems, and adverse drug reactions. The most common results studied in adult adults are those related to polypharmacy, drug interactions and medications, and the use of inappropriate medications. This is why we use the concept of suboptimal drug use, as defined in one of the following definitions: (i) Polypharmacy – the use of more than four drugs, (ii) drug interactions – the existence of a drug interaction or (iii) the presence of inappropriate drug use according to the criteria of beer (9). In the event of a non-contract, the supply of public goods is suboptimal, resulting in market failures. [12] Arrow states that not-for-profit organizations will intervene and provide the necessary services or services in response to market failures. [11] When markets potentially use information asymmetry, not-for-profit organizations must protect the consumer.

[13] The chances of suboptimal drug treatment were 8.0 times higher in patients with DDM after adjustments in age, sex, number of medications, cognition and place of residence (95% confidence interval (CI) 2.4; 26.9). The odds of over-treatment and under-treatment were 2.9 (1.1; 7.4) and 1.8 (0.8; 4.3), respectively. The main strength of this study is that we conducted an individual reflection in assessing the quality of drug treatment. Previous studies have used general indicators to distinguish between appropriate and suboptimal treatment, and these may not apply at the individual level. In addition, our approach reduces a major concern of previous studies, which is disoriented by the indications. Indeed, differences between patients with or without MDD may be difficult to control in assessing inappropriate drug treatments and lack of treatment in registries-based studies. Contractual errors are a situation in which the consumer of a service is unable to assess its quality, prompting the manufacturer to provide a lower quality service. [1] Such behaviour creates suboptimal economic conditions. [2] The failure of the contract is an explanation for the existence of non-profit organizations[3][5][5] although non-profit organizations may also be victims of contractual failures in appropriate situations. [6] The failure of the contract is related to market failures, but differs from market failures.

[7] Non-profit organizations are generally more trustworthy because their corporate structures do not incite fraud. [8] [9] Sub-optical is commonly used to indicate that a system or part of it is not working as it should, for example. B in the software or the human body.
